This yummy looking fruit is actually a killer, not actually some thing poisons but with a taste like that, at least I can’t eat this thing. I didn’t knew about this fruit before so few days back when I saw it in the market I thought its something very good and bought some of them. At home everyone was also thinking that it will be something very delicious but yikes! It was bitter and made my throat sore. Not only this, a small bite and it made the mouth so dry making it difficult to chew any further and I had to spit it. Even after several hours of eating it, I was feeling like I am having cold with bad throat, what a misery. I didn’t even knew the name of this fruit and asking about it in 110mb forum, I cam to know that it’s called Persimmon.

When I was purchasing this fruit, many other people also noticed this new fruit and purchased immediately even when he was selling it at Rs.60 per Kg. That hawker in the fruit market is no where to be seen now after selling Persimmon!
