We have C programming language in our syllabus and our teacher is trying hard in class to explain it. In the beginning it looked not so tough and creating the first “hello world” program was not difficult. I made it the same day I started learning C and compiled it without any error. I even made few small programs using scanf, printf, int etc. But now it’s getting too much and everyday in classroom I come across several things in lecture which I don’t understand completely. It’s not only me but most of the students in the class are having similar trouble. Some of them are doing special coaching classes in C but I don’t think its doing any good to them. The learning part like variables names is not a problem but understanding the logic used in making a program is tough part and I am not able to get that well. I accept my mistake also like I am not able to give much time to it and I must devote some hours everyday to C in order to understand it well.

Today at once my friend Akil planed to go exhibition with other friends. I called my friend Waseem too and we all gathered at Akil’s hostel for going together. I and Waseem were on bike and Akil and his friends were on rikshaw. There was no match in the speed so I said to Akil that call me when he reaches Exhibition and tell his location and we will meet there. At first I received his message asking where I am. I called him but damn all the networks were jammed! Due to Sunday, many people came to exhibition that there was so much crowed and noise that I could hardly walk freely. I tried to call Akil and message but line was always busy. At last we all returned our home and then Akil called me and he was feeling sad of our plan failure. I was feeling bad too, I told him that we will go some other day and this time choose a day in which there is not much rush.

I was not able to see the suspension oil leaking so today went to Yamaha service station. There was also a free service pending so I thought it’s a good time to get the bike serviced as well. Now this means wastage of at least 2 hours at service station so I prefer to go with friends to have a good time pass there. Unfortunately all my friends were busy in some work so went alone. When I told about leakage, they told it will cost me Rs.115. I was surprised and told them that bike is still under warranty and they should repair it for no charge. They guy was clever and immediately showed me the correct line in long warranty disclaimer in which it clearly wrote that rubber parts like oil seal are not under warranty! Not a big deal as when I saw how much work they have to do so I paid for it. For just changing the oil seal in suspension, the whole front part of bike like fairing, suspension was ripped apart. The exhibition is a few steps away from service center so I went there while the bike was getting serviced. I was alone so was not having much of fun there, truly speaking it was a worst experience. I came outside and then looked at the life of roadside people, children selling toys etc. I went back and the bike was done. The polish they use has a nice fragrance and gives a good shine but then it takes away the typical bike smell which is more important to me!

Few days back in the morning when I was brushing my teeth, the brush accidently hit hard on gums. At that time it didn’t looked like a big problem but after few days I found swelling in the gums. At first thought that it will become normal by itself but it grew bigger and painful. Just now I took this photo and it looks better now but still I’ll visit the dentist tomorrow. The only problem is to visit the dental college, I’ll have to wake up early else there will be many people in queue waiting for their call, I know the dentist well and can go directly but then it doesn’t look good. I fear this swelling in not any kind of internal infection of tooth which requires root canal ouche!

Few days back I was having cold and bad throat but I just took medicines and continued my work. I regret now, I should have taken some rest. Now I am not getting rid of this fever and my efficiency to do work has greatly reduced, work is going on increasing and I missed several days of my lab also due to illness. Today I must attend lab also and complete few work but my brain is saying no to everything and just want to sleep. I have increased my sleeping time to healthy 8 hours now to give enough time to my body and brain to relax. Today morning only I received a call from contractor that he cannot come to my home for so and so problem and I had to go to his construction site on bike to have some necessary discussion and dealing. When I returned home, I got call from client that he wants some stuff added in his site. Where to begin? Err first let me take a pain relief tablet first.

Few days back only I was talking that this time I don’t want to get sick (which I mostly get when weather changes) but yesterday I was having fever with coughing, sneezing, bad throat and all the symptoms of common cold. I had to take rest whole day with almost no work done and now I have so much pending work that I will have to work overtime now to complete those on time. Now fever is gone but due to those hard medicines, my head is spinning even right now and feel like sleeping at any moment. Today I must attend lab also but damn I have so much work plus the timing of lab is so bad.
